The Great Prairie of the West is the name of the new map and it's location is where the Firran lived before their exodus in the Great Migration.

If you get your hands on one, you’ll get normal boosts like to your speed, but this one has stealth that you can use to even sneak around while on your formidable mount. To begin the Dream Ring questline, you will have to acquire a drop item from Sirothe The Infernal, the final boss in Serpentis.
